The facilities overall felt a bit tired, with some obvious signs of wear like broken tiles in the bathroom and chipped vanities. Noise can be an issue since all the rooms open onto a central atrium, and any commotion downstairs echoed upwards. On the subject of amenities, the pool and sauna areas were closed during my stay, which felt frustrating given the resort-style pricing expectations. Additionally, internet connection was slow and unpredictable, making it difficult to get online when needed.

The spacious suite was comfy, and we enjoyed the awesome view of the stadium. We also visited the Hay Market and strolled around the University. The breakfast is a must-try – the chefs are super engaging! Just a heads up, be mindful of parking and book your rooms in advance, especially during events.
